Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before

Cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your scheduled parking start time and you'll receive a full refund — no fees, no questions asked.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of your parking start time, or after your reservation has started, are non-refundable.

How to cancel

• Use the Cancel Your Booking link in your confirmation email, or
• Look up your reservation at Find my booking with your confirmation code and email, or
• If you have an account, cancel from My bookings.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.
