Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 3, 2026
1. Who we are
ParkStayNow.com is operated by Sphire Solution LLC, an Ohio company doing business as ParkStayNow (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy describes what personal information we collect when you use our site to reserve airport parking and hotel + parking packages, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
- Booking details — your name, email address, phone number, vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate), billing address, and reservation dates and location.
- Account information — if you create an account: your name, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), phone, home airport, and any vehicles you save.
- Payment information — card numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers. We keep only a payment reference, amount, and status.
- Support messages — if you use the contact form: your name, email, inquiry type, reservation number (optional), and message.
- Technical data — session cookies needed for sign-in and the booking flow, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use your information
- To create, confirm, service, and cancel your reservations, and to send confirmation and cancellation emails.
- To operate your account, including saved vehicles and booking history.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, verify payments, and secure the site.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We send transactional emails only (confirmations, cancellations, receipts, account notices). We do not currently send marketing email.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks. We share it only as needed to deliver the service:
- Operators — the independent parking facility or hotel you book receives your reservation details (name, dates, vehicle information) so it can service your reservation.
- Stripe — processes your payment and, where applicable, routes funds to the Operator. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how it handles your data.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that contact-form submissions come from a human.
- Email delivery provider — transmits our transactional emails to you.
- Legal — we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies & similar technologies
We use first-party session cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, protecting forms against cross-site request forgery, and carrying your booking through checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some page assets (fonts and CSS frameworks) are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN, Cloudflare), which receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files.
6. Data retention
We keep reservation and payment records for as long as needed to service your booking and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can delete your account at any time in Account settings, and support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve and document the inquiry.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access & update — signed-in users can view and edit profile details and saved vehicles under Account settings.
- Delete — you can delete your account yourself in Account settings; reservation records tied to completed transactions may be retained as described above.
- Requests — for anything else (including guest-booking data), reach us via Contact support.
Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws may give you additional rights — such as the right to know, correct, or delete the personal information a business holds about you, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor such requests as required by applicable law; submit them via Contact support. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in those laws.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and payment-card handling delegated entirely to Stripe (a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please keep your account credentials confidential.
9. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as a notice on the site or an email to account holders.
11. Contact us
